Warner Candy markets into several distinct channels of retail distribution, including the independent jobbers, wholesale distributors, convenience chains and specialty retailers. Mars completed the acquisition of Warner Candy and Gateway Candy concurrently in the Spring of 2003. Mars is actively seeking add-on acquisitions for Warner, as well as other stand-alone opportunities in the candy and confectionary market.
